On Friday, June 21, an open day was held at the fire station in Vysoké Mýto. Visitors could see the technique of both professional and voluntary firefighters. Volunteer firefighters from Zámrsko and corporate firefighters from Iveca Czech Republic also came to present their technology. Firefighters have prepared thematic demonstrations such as extrication of a person from a crashed car, demonstration of extinguishing with the help of hand fire extinguishers, extinguishing flammable liquids with foam, working with a nozzle during training in a flashover container or how to behave properly in the event of a fire in the home. There was a lot to see. Even the youngest firefighters, who showed a fire-fighting baton and a very popular fire attack, had their show here. Also, we were visited by the Vysoké Mýto Municipal and State Police or the Pardubice Emergency Medical Service. You can see the gallery from all day here.
