We left for the next event during Saturday morning. This time we were sent to Cukrovarská Street in Vysoké Mýto, where a person fell into a silo. An on-site survey revealed that a man had fallen to the bottom of the tank while cleaning the silo. The man was conscious and lay at a depth of about 20 meters. The whole intervention was complicated by a bad approach to the injured. The walls of the silo were not completely cleaned, so the material was in danger of burying the man. A climbing group arrived at the scene, lowering the rope to which the man was tied, pulling him up, then slowly lowering him, and the wounded man was pulled out of the silo through the inspection door. The man was immediately transferred to the care of the ambulance service and transported by air to the hospital.
