On Friday, August 14, we went to two events. For the first event, we set off shortly before 2 pm to the village of Choceň. Several cellars and lower places were flooded here after torrential rain. Our unit was sent to Jan Honsa Street to drain the flooded cellar. Upon arrival of the unit, it was found that the water from the cellar drained spontaneously. Then the unit returned to its base.
We were sent out after 4 pm for the second event on Friday. This time we headed to the village of Zámrsk, where a water pipe was drilled in the local apartment building and the owner of the apartment could not close the water supply. Upon arrival of the unit, the opening from which the water gushed was temporarily blocked and subsequently a water seal was found, which was closed. Then the unit returned to base.
