On Friday, shortly before noon, we were sent to the village of Řepníky, where due to heavy rain again, culverts and sewers were clogged with mud from the fields after Sunday’s torrential rain. The inflowing water had nowhere to drain and began to threaten one of the local buildings, which was flooded on Sunday. With the help of a canal mole, in cooperation with the HZS unit from the Vysoké Mýto station, we cleaned the clogged culverts and the sewerage system, which again ensured the drainage of water. Then the units returned to their base.
