Zu diesem Zeitpunkt stieg bereits starker schwarzer Rauch aus den Fenstern des Depotgeb\u00e4udes auf. Unmittelbar nach dem Eintreffen drang eine Aufkl\u00e4rungsgruppe von Feuerwehrleuten in Atemschutzger\u00e4ten mit einer W\u00e4rmebildkamera in einen stark verrauchten Lagerraum ein. Nach einer Untersuchung entfernten sie ein Objekt aus dem Geb\u00e4ude, bei dem eine besch\u00e4digte Leuchtstofflampe in der N\u00e4he war. Das Feuer konnte um 8.54 Uhr unter Kontrolle gebracht werden. Der verrauchte Bereich wurde durch \u00dcberdruckbel\u00fcftung bel\u00fcftet. Das Feuer war gegen 21.27 Uhr vollst\u00e4ndig gel\u00f6scht. Der Schaden wurde vorl\u00e4ufig auf 25.000 Kronen gesch\u00e4tzt. Das Anwesen wurde jedoch durch einen schnellen Eingriff in H\u00f6he von etwa 2 Millionen Kronen gerettet.
